Cookie notice
Cookie Policy
This site uses technical cookies and storage in order to work and to remember your preferences. The only third-party tool, Microsoft Clarity for visit analytics, is loaded only if you consent to the Analytics category.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Italian version of this document is the legally binding one: in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Italian text prevails.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites save on your device. Similar technologies — such as the browser’s localStorage— make it possible to store information in an analogous way. In this notice, the term “cookie” covers both categories.
2. What this site actually uses
Technical cookies and storage (necessary)
These are essential for the site to work and do not require consent:
- Saving your cookie preferences— your choice on the banner is stored in the browser’s localStorage (key overs-cookie-consent) so that the banner is not shown again on every visit;
- Any technical cookies of the hosting infrastructure (Netlify), used exclusively to deliver and secure the service.
Analytics cookies
With your consent to the Analytics category, the site loads Microsoft Clarity, a service of Microsoft Corporation that helps us understand how the site is used, in order to improve its content and usability. In detail:
- Provider: Microsoft Corporation (script served from the domain www.clarity.ms);
- Purpose: usage statistics, heatmaps (clicks, scrolling) and recording of browsing sessions (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, pages visited). Text entered into form fields is masked by Clarity and is not recorded;
- Main cookies: _clck (Clarity user identifier, duration 1 year), _clsk (links the pages of a single session, duration 1 day), CLID(identifies the browser’s first access, duration 1 year). Clarity is always sent a denial signal for Microsoft’s advertising cookies;
- Category: Analytics / measurement;
- Activation: only after your explicit consent to the Analytics category. Before that consent, the script is not inserted into the page and no request is sent to Clarity;
- Withdrawal:by turning off the Analytics category in the “Cookie preferences” panel, consent is signaled as denied to Clarity, which stops collecting data and removes its own cookies; the script will no longer be loaded on subsequent visits.
For more information, see Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Marketing and profiling cookies and tools
Not currently used. The site does not install marketing or profiling tools. The category exists in the preferences panel only to manage a possible future tool, which would be activated solely with your consent.
3. Managing or withdrawing your preferences
You can review and change your choice at any time by opening the panel (also available in the footer of every page). Non-essential categories remain off until you expressly enable them.
You can also delete the data saved by the site through your browser settings (privacy / site data section): in that case the banner will reappear on your next visit.
4. Data Controller and contact
The Data Controller is Lorenzo Fratti (VAT number 13774170966). For any question about this notice, write to frattilorenzo@oversmedia.it. For the processing of personal data in general, see the Privacy Policy.
5. Updates
If the site introduces further analytics or marketing tools in the future, this notice and the consent banner will be updated before those tools are activated, and no non-essential script will be loaded without your explicit consent.
