How we process the personal data of people who visit this site and of people who write to us through the contact form — transparently, minimally and without surprises.
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Italian version of this document is the legally binding one: in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Italian text prevails.
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is Lorenzo Fratti, with registered office at Via Enrico N. Tazzoli 17, 20811 Cesano Maderno (MB), Italy, VAT number 13774170966 (hereinafter, “OVERS MEDIA”). For any request concerning your data, you can write to frattilorenzo@oversmedia.it.
2. What data we collect
Data submitted through the contact form
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- the project type selected and the content of the message;
- where you came from: the page you write from, the first page of your visit, the site that sent you here (for example Google) and the tag of the link, if we sent it to you. Your browser notes this only for the length of the visit and sends it only with your request.
Providing this data is necessary in order to respond to your request: without it, we cannot get back to you.
Technical browsing data
As with any website, the hosting infrastructure may record technical data (IP address, request logs) for security and operational purposes. The third-party tool for visit analytics is activated exclusively with your prior consent (see the Cookie Policy and the paragraph below). The site does not use marketing or profiling tools.
Usage data collected by Microsoft Clarity (only with consent)
If you consent to the Analytics category from the cookie banner, the site loads Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), which collects data on how the site is used: pages visited, clicks, scrolling and mouse movements, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate geographic location and IP address, including through session recordings and heatmaps. Text entered into forms is masked and is not recorded. We use this information only in aggregate form, to understand how to improve the site. Legal basis: your consent(Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time from the “Cookie preferences” panel. Before consent is given, the tool is not loaded and no request is sent to Microsoft. For processing carried out by the provider, please refer to Microsoft’s privacy statement.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to contact requests and managing the subsequent commercial contact (including by telephone, within 24 hours of the request) — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Site security and operation — legal basis: the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- Analysis of site usage (Microsoft Clarity) — legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Retention
Data submitted through the contact form is retained for as long as strictly necessary to handle the request and any follow-up, and in any case for a maximum of 24 months from the last meaningful contact. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized.
Longer retention may occur only where necessary to comply with legal obligations, to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, or where the request gives rise to a contractual or commercial relationship: in that case the data is processed for the duration of the relationship and for the statutory periods that follow.
5. Recipients and providers
Data is neither sold nor transferred. It is processed by providers and third parties exclusively for the purposes set out above:
- Resend (Resend, Inc.) — delivery of the emails generated by the contact form;
- Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) — site hosting and serverless infrastructure;
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — analysis of site usage, activated only with your prior consent to the Analytics category and deactivatable at any time from “Cookie preferences”.
These providers may involve a transfer of data to countries outside the EU (in particular the United States), carried out on the basis of the safeguards provided for by Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and, where applicable, the adequacy decisions in force.
6. Your rights
Under Art. 15–22 GDPR you may at any time request: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority) at garanteprivacy.it.
To exercise your rights, write to frattilorenzo@oversmedia.it: we respond within the time limits set by law.
